Hello Corn Hole Lovers!

Thank you for registering for the Annual Corn Hole Tournament and Fundraiser hosted by ABC’s Young Professionals. Please continue to read below for important information that will help the event run smoothly.

PLAYERS AND SPECTATORS:
1. We are expecting more than 200 ABC members, so bring your business cards for some great networking opportunities
2. Your registration includes 1 door prize ticket, hosted bar, and appetizers.
3. We need 20 regulation cornhole sets, including bean bags, for the event. If you have a set (or more) available, please let Austin know at a.vaughn@abchouston.org
4. General registration and bar open at 4:30 pm
5. Food served at 5:00 pm
6. Raffle tickets are (1) for $10 and (3) for $20. Credit cards and cash are accepted!
7. PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS A FUNDRAISER FOR, SO ALL PURCHASES OF RAFFLE TICKETS GO DIRECTLY TO SUPPORT THE ABC SCHOLARSHIP FUND

TOURNAMENT TEAM MEMBERS:
1. We are expecting close to 60 teams to compete!
2. A week prior to the event, you will receive pre-event team registration instructions.
3. MANDATORY team check-in is from 4-5 pm. BOTH MEMBERS need to be checked in by this time, or you will NOT be able to participate in the tournament.
4. The tournament starts at 5 pm!
5. TOURNAMENT PRIZES:
  1. 1^st Place Team: Both members will receive an ABC Member Team Logo’ d Cornhole Set (3-4 weeks production time following the event)
  2. 2^nd Place Team: $100. ea.
  3. 3^rd Place Team: $50 ea.
