On Jan. 20, Donald Trump was sworn in as the 45th President of the United States. In his first two weeks of office, he took a series of significant executive actions in the areas of federal regulation, infrastructure, manufacturing, trade, immigration and health care.

ABC General Counsel Maury Baskin will discuss what ABC members should expect under the Trump administration regarding potential legislative and regulatory actions. He also will provide a status update on several of the final rules issued by the Obama administration as well as ABC legal challenges.

Further, Mr. Baskin will provide the latest update on the status of President Obama’s Executive Order on project labor agreements and also the future direction of the NLRB under a Trump administration.
